(MVO News): Google wants to start an online cloud storage service called “Drive”. User will be able to store files such as photos, text or videos on Google’s servers and both free and paid services will be available. If launched Google would break into the business from vendors such as Dropbox. A newspaper reported that it will be possible to send links and the saved files from Google Drive.
Providers of such services are under enormous pressure, since the end of January, the American authorities, the mega-upload platform removed from the network, because there copyrighted content such as movies over the Internet link was available.
According to information Google Drive is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks or months and the cost would be situated below the charges of Dropbox.
