An international research team has uncovered a potentially habitable”super-Earth” in another solar system. The planet orbits a dwarf sun there at the right distance for moderate temperatures at which water would be liquid, as the researchers write in the journal ”The Astrophysical Journal Letters.” Liquid water is considered essential for life, comparable to ours.
