Walmart’s Exclusive Lego Batman 3-In-1 Gift Set Is Back In Stock
Walmart’s popular Lego Batman 3-in-1 Gift Set is back in stock (as of November 18). The Lego DC Batman vs. The Joker Gift Set has sold out multiple times since launching in September, so if you need a gift for a Batman fan, we’d recommend snagging it before it sells out again.
This budget-friendly box set includes three builds that are normally sold as standalone Lego sets: a Batmobile, Batwing, and Batman minifigure display. All told, you’re getting two cool vehicles and five minifigures valued at $91 total for only $50.
This Batman bundle is the latest in Walmart’s series of exclusive gift sets. All of the Lego gift sets have proven to be popular, as most of them are sold out at the moment. However, you can get the Star Wars 3-in-1 Lego Gift Set for $50 right now, too.
The combo pack includes two builds based on Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman film: Batwing: Batman vs. The Joker (357 pieces, $38 MSRP) and Batmobile: Batman vs. The Joker Chase (438 pieces, $48 MSRP). You also get a hard-to-find Batman minifigure with Gargoyle display stand (40 pieces, $5 MSRP) based on the Caped Crusader’s appear in Batman Returns.
The Batmobile features an accessible cockpit, a control that raises two blasters into position, a lift-up trunk, and a flaming tailpipe. Meanwhile, the Batwing has two stud launchers and a compartment for Batman’s Batarangs and handcuffs.
Buying all three of these sets individually at retail price would cost you $91, and even with Amazon’s current prices on the individual sets–Batmobile for $36, Batwing for $33, and the minifigure display for $8–you’d still be spending $76 to get all three of these sets.
If you love Batmobiles, the good news is Lego has multiple other sets modeled after different versions of Batman’s iconic ride. The 2,049-piece Batmobile Tumbler from The Dark Knight Trilogy is on sale for $189 (was $270) at Amazon. Fans of Batman: The Animated Series can get the 435-piece Batmobile based on the show for $48 (was $60). That one released in August, but it’s actually not the newest Lego Batmobile. In October, Lego released a 1,822-piece set commemorating the 1966 Batman TV series.
